Shipping & Returns
Shipping Costs:
I do my best to keep shipping prices low and use UPS and USPS for domestic shipping. Pricing is based on final destination and weight so please keep this in mind as prices can vary.
Order Processing and Ship Times:
Orders are processed daily and picked up by UPS and USPS Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, orders are printed, picked and packed on Saturdays and Sundays and are sent out on Monday afternoon. Orders ship out the same day whenever possible and ship the day after you order as a worst case. While UPS and USPS times vary, domestic orders can take between 2-7 business days depending on the distance the package needs to travel. International orders can take up to 6 weeks once they're shipped and pass through customs in the destination country.
Please keep in mind that shipping carriers have been overwhelmed from new policies put in place from COVID-19 and with additional restrictions put on operations by the state. While domestic packages typically take 1-2 weeks to be delivered, they can now take anywhere from 3-4 weeks to arrive. International orders can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks due to these same issues as they may experience delays both getting out of the US and into your respective country and through the customs/duties process. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. UPS and USPS do their best to update orders once they arrive at their processing center from our warehouse so please check with them for updates once the package has shipped using the tracking number you receive via email.
